Pull the the axles and then auto trans, pull the flywheel, pull the shifter and cables, and the tranny mounts.

Then you can start ot put it together. Begin with installing a standard tranny flywheel, then install the standard tranny mounts. Next install the clutch and transmission, then the axles. Next, install pedals and the clutch master cylinder. After that you can install the clutch lines all the way back and a slave cylinder. Last is the fun part, you will need to swap the shifter and cables all the way back.

Next you will be ready to start the cable adjust process, then bleed the clutch system.

If you have a standard transmission equipped parts car available, you could probably do this swap with just a couple weekends labor and between $500 and $1000 out of your pocket. However, even if the clutch, MC and slave cylinders, and shift cables from the parts car are in great shape, I would recommend that you get these parts new (to save problems on down the road).

Hope this helps - -
